Hi, I’m Kels, and I’m a Certified Leadership and Organizational Coach. As a leader, I know you’re driven to succeed. But you also know you need to understand and develop your strengths and skills and build solid relationships within your kick-ass team to make it work, right?
Well, that’s where I come in.
Because I know you have the talents and skills to make it. And I know it’s not about putting on a front or trying to be someone you’re not to get there. I use a no bullshit approach to help you dig deep inside yourself, to get real and dirty with me. Because when you do, that’s when the good stuff really starts to happen!
I see you, and I’m not afraid to challenge you to examine what you need to do to make things work. When we end our sessions, my goal is to have you leaving feeling empowered, confident, and like you’ve got a ton of work to do. That’s what makes me super happy!

We all have love/hate relationships with our jobs. When I am not coaching, I am co-hosting It’s Time To Lean, a podcast about workplace dynamics and how to navigate your career. We share stories about the good, the bad and the ugly at work! We have a lot of fun leaning into tough conversations and getting real about what it going on in the world of work!
Fuse Coaching Cooperative
In 2020, I became a Founding Director of Fuse Coaching Cooperative. Alongside a kick ass team of coaches, we built this cooperative from the ground up and we are still growing. If you are a coach who wants to make a big impact or a non-profit organization who wants to learn about how coaching can help your team get to the next level, let’s chat!
Kels is so approachable and easy to talk to. She asks great questions to help me focus in on my goals and how to work towards achieving them. She gives me good resources to reference. She is also great at knowing when and how to push me to dig deeper and offer positive reinforcement when I'm making progress. This has been an awesome experience!
